so said the bishop of our ward a week ago when he called me into his office (keep in mind this is RIGHT after I taught my lesson on Virtue). I was called to be the Relief Society Secretary.

I honestly felt very numb about the whole thing - no real emotions about it. I miraculously shed only 5 little tears. I will miss the leaders I worked with TONS, I will miss the girls TONS, but I like being a secretary......Onward and Forward I go - onto the next thing.
Our chance to work in so many areas with so many different people is something I really appreciate about our church.
I'll be back to Young Womens.

Wow! A new calling! Congrats! I think RS Secretary is one of the best callings. Any secretary. I wish I could be a secretary. Why won't anyone ever call me to be secretary? The roles, the lists, the organization. I'm jealous. Good luck with it! You'll be great!
ok, you are not only a stallion in yw's but you are the most fantasic secretary ever! if i were in a presidency, i would pick you to be on my team. you don't let people down.

Heather, This is your true calling. Your so organized. After all we 1st born's just know the way to get things done huh....I'm very happy for you heath. i can't believe you only shed 5 tears! even i shed more than that over your release! you are SOOOOO missed in YW! but the RS is lucky to get to enjoy your talents too!
