Thanks Texas!

Love one another and you will be happy. It's as simple and as difficult as that.
~Michael Leunig

We owe Texas some gratitude for giving us another member of the family.

May 30th brought into my life my first sister-in-law Megan.
She is adorable & sweet - we are so very lucky.

And happy to see those 2 lovebirls married.

Trouble (this was my cute red head after a couple hours in the sun outside the Temple)

Another Example of Double Trouble below (don't they look like they are up to something?)

Serious business decorating the car

We stayed at this nice man's house while he was out of town. He was a cute grandpa that had these amazing toys. The day I got my pedicure with all the girls I came home to Preston and Tom's amazing train and city creation. The picture does not do it justice.

We all look forward to many fun memories with Megan & Marc.

We Got Trouble

Wesley has some pajamas that read: Trouble Is My Middle Name

Never quite fitting for him.... until recently.

I forget how hard the 12month - 18 month "phase" is......

They Keep Going and Going and Going

Childhood is that wonderful time of life when all you need to do to lose weight is take a bath. ~Author Unknown

I have one child learning to talk (Da-da Ma-ma Goooood-bbbbyyyeee) and the other learning how to read (bbbbuuuubbbbllleeeessss, ssssnnnnooooowwwwww).

On the phone the other day a friend asked me to spell out an email address and instead of saying the letters I sounded them out.

A New Member Of Our Family

You enter into a certain amount of madness when you marry a person with pets.
~Nora Ephron

I needed another female in the house - since I don't have the power to pick the sex of my child, I pick the sex of our animals. So I would like to introduce you to the newest member of our family:

Lady - The Long-Haired Hamster

she is adorable and cuddly. She has already escaped a couple of times. Thanks to my mom's "hamster" instincts she found her in 2 minutes (after my human pragmatic thinking didn't work for 2 hours).

Tom 's feelings about the new pet can be summarized in one statement: "I think we are maxed out in the animal department."

You never know what a trip to Petsmart will bring.
