Thursday, March 13, 2008 Highlights

Today was a pretty busy day:

1) Went to playgroup and it was so fun. Preston had an "accident" though, and it was really surprising. Luckily I had a change of clothes in the car. For the craft we made eggs that will grow "hair" (grass).

2.) This Sunday I am teaching a sunday school class about member missionary work. I am REALLY nervous about it. It's occupying my mind right now. I am teaching with my friend TN and I went over to her house today to discuss what we are going to talk about. I came away feeling very inadequate to teach this compared to her. She is an amazing person that I really look up to. It will be very intimidating teaching with her. Luckily I am going first so they will leave the class after she teaches and will hopefully just remember that :)

3.) Tonight we went down to my mom's house and Preston and I went in the hot tub. I was in deep thought when I hear Preston say, "Uno, Duos, Tres, Quatro, McDonalds" I said, "McDonalds?" and he said "Yes, MCDONALDS" oh my! Tom needs to teach better Spanish.

4.) Tom left for Las Vegas with Branden and Tim. They went to the MWC basketball tournament. They watch basketball games ALL DAY LONG. This means Tom is in heaven. This would be my own personal HELL :) Sorry Tom. I hope you are having fun (try and find some new shoes for me). Heidi is staying the night with us tonight and I hope I can motivate her to go to aerobics tomorrow.

5.) I just want to finally announce that my sister Heidi is pregnant! She is 13 weeks along. I am so excited for her. I really hope it is a boy so I can save her lots of money. And I'm afraid if she has a girl, she will boss Wesley around (or they will be kissing cousins!). She finds out in another 6 weeks what it is.......
